摘要
目的分析脂肪细胞因子在糖尿病患者中的表达特征。方法 2型糖尿病患者46例(观察组)及体检健康者46例(对照组),检测2组血清细胞色素P450(cytochrome P450,CYP)、脂联素、抵抗素和瘦素表达水平,并进行组间比较,采用Pearson相关分析观察组4种因子间的相关性。结果观察组血清抵抗素、瘦素水平高于对照组(P<0.05),脂联素水平低于对照组(P<0.05),2组间CYP水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组CYP与抵抗素呈正相关(r=0.511,P=0.000),与脂联素呈负相关(r=-0.214,P=0.017);脂联素与抵抗素呈负相关(r=-0.714,P=0.012);瘦素与其他3项指标间无相关性。结论 CYP、脂联素、抵抗素和瘦素水平表达异常可能与糖尿病发生、发展有关。
Objective To analyze the expression features of adipose cell cytokine in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods The levels of serum cytochrome P450 (CYP), adiponectin, resistin and leptin were detected in 46 patients with type 2 diabetes meilitus (T2DM group) and another 46 healthy volunteers (control group), and compared between two groups. The correlations among the above four factors were observed. Results The levels of serum resistin and leptin were higher, and adiponectin level was lower in T2DM group than that in control group (P〈0.05), and there was no significant difference in CYP between two groups (P〉0.05). CYP was positively correlated with resistin (r= 0. 511, P = 0. 000), negatively correlated with adiponectin (r = - 0.214, P = 0.017), and adiponectin was negatively correlated with resistin (r=0. 714, P=0. 012) in T2DM group. Leptin was not correlated with the other factors. Conclusions Abnormal expressions of CYP, adiponectin, resistin and leptin might be correlated with the development and progression of diabetes mellitus.
