全吸收式生物可降解支架在冠心病介入治疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 冠心病介入治疗技术在近30年间挽救了数以万计患者,其从最初的单纯球囊扩张,到20世纪90年代裸金属支架的问世,以至目前临床上广泛应用的药物洗脱支架(DES),已经历了3次历史性革命。但是以不锈钢和钴铬合金为基础的DES仍不能从根本上解决支架内血栓形成和再狭窄的问题。介入心脏病学专家梦想着支架在完成支撑血管的作用后能够消失,避免让金属支架永久留在患者体内。临床实践的要求催生器械的进步,全吸收式生物可降解支架应运而生。
