儿科消化内镜的发展及诊疗技术的规范 被引量：14

摘要 消化内镜对消化系统疾病的诊断与治疗起到了革命性的推动作用.自20世纪80年代末消化内镜开始运用于儿科以来,其作为一门先进的医疗诊断手段在儿科已有较广泛的应用,不少单位相继开展了小儿胃镜、结肠镜检查和各种内镜治疗项目.近年来随着双气囊小肠镜、超声内镜、胶囊内镜及内镜下逆行胰胆管造影（ERCP）在儿科使用的普及,消化内镜已经不是一项单纯的技术,而是成为有理论、有技术、有诊断、有治疗的一门新兴学科,即儿科消化内镜学.
