生殖医学技术在妇科恶性肿瘤保留生育功能治疗中的应用 被引量:8

摘要 随着诊断与治疗技术的进步和发展,妇科恶性肿瘤患者的预后获得了明显改善,生存期延长。然而,肿瘤治疗如同“双刃剑”,各种治疗方法在杀伤肿瘤细胞的同时,不可避免地损伤生殖系统的正常细胞,对妇女的卵巢功能乃至生育能力可产生明显的不良影响。妇科恶性肿瘤保留生育功能的生殖内分泌治疗已相应开展数年,并获得了良好的临床结局。近期文献报道,25例早期子宫颈癌患者在进行腹腔镜广泛性子宫颈切除术后尝试妊娠,有13例接受了辅助生殖技术,余12例尝试自然妊娠,分别有8、5例获得妊娠[1]。
