超声引导射频消融治疗甲状腺结节的进展 被引量:7

摘要 甲状腺结节是临床常见病,北美洲甲状腺结节的触诊检出率约为4%~7%,超声检出率则高达67%[1]。流行病学研究表明多达50%的成年人存在甲状腺结节,但其中恶性甲状腺结节不足7%[2-4]。对于恶性甲状腺结节,绝大多数应该选择手术治疗;良性结节中,若无明显症状,可定期随访,不需要治疗。若有压迫症状、继发或合并甲状腺功能亢进、胸骨后甲状腺肿、影响美观并造成心理负担等则需要治疗[5]。
