颅内压监测在双额脑挫裂伤的临床应用研究(附48例分析)

Application of intracranial pressure monitoring in the bilateral frontal contusion and laceration of brain:Analysis of 48 cases

目的探讨颅内压监测在双额脑挫裂伤中治疗方案的应用价值。方法总结分析我科2010年1月至2013年5月收治的48例表现为双额脑挫裂伤的颅脑创伤病人资料,探讨颅内压监测对双额脑挫裂伤的治疗方案应用价值。结果预后良好35例,轻残8例,中残3例,重残2例。结论对双额脑挫裂伤的病人行颅内压监测在治疗方案的选择中有很好的临床指导意义,尤其对进展型病人能提供很好的预警机制。

Objective To explore the application value of intracranial pressure monitoring in treatment of the bilateral frontal contusion and laceration of brain. Methods From 2010 January to 2013 May, 48 cases with the bilateral frontal contu- sion and laceration of brain were retrospectively reviewed to explore the application value and treatment of intracranial pressure monitoring in the bilateral frontal contusion and laceration of brain. Results Thirty-five cases were eusemia, 8 cases were mild disability, 3 cases were moderate disability, 2 cases were severe disability. Conclusions Intracranial pressure monitoring on bi- lateral frontal brain contusion and laceration has clinical significance in the choice of treatment, especially provides early warning mechanism for the advanced patients.
