小儿肺炎支原体肺炎合并心肌损害的临床分析

Clinical analysis of childhood mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia with myocardial damage

目的 探讨肺炎支原体肺炎（MPP）合并心肌损害的临床特点.方法 选择我院2012年1月至2013年6月确诊为MPP的患儿共478例,按年龄进行分组,分别比较不同年龄组间心肌损害的发生率.结果 0～1岁患儿中合并心肌损害的有75例,占0～1岁患儿的28.4％;2～3岁患儿中有27例,占20.5％;4～5岁患儿中有9例,占16.4％;大于6岁患儿中有4人,占14.8％.MMP患儿合并心肌损害的发生率与年龄呈负相关（r=-0.722,P＜0.001）.结论 MPP在婴幼儿中并不少见,且更易合并心肌损害.

Objective To investigate the clinical features of mycoplasma pneumoniae pneumonia （MPP） with myocardial damage. Methods A total of 478 cases diagnosed as MPP were sampled in our hospital from January 2012 to June 2013, and divided to three groups by age. The incidence of myocardial damage between the three groups was compared. Results There were 75 （28.4%） patients with myocardial damage in the group that the patients＇ age was younger than one year, 27 （20.5 %） in the group that the age was 2-3, 9 （16.4%） in the group that the age was 4-5, and 4 （14.8%） in the group that the age was older than six years. The age was correlated with the incidences of myocardial damage （r=- 0. 722, P〈0. 001）. Conclusion The infection rate of MPP in the infants is not low, and the infants are prone to emerge myocardial damage.
