慢性心力衰竭现代疾病管理模式的研究及进展

Recent Advances in Chronic Heart Failure Disease Management Models

慢性心力衰竭是临床上常见的心血管疾病,其发病率、死亡率、致残率较高,严重影响着患者的生活质量。心力衰竭的治疗是一个多方面的、复杂的、漫长的过程,需要药物治疗配合非药物治疗,目前大多数心力衰竭患者得不到长期、规范、全方位的综合治疗。针对上述问题,国内外提出了慢性心力衰竭的疾病管理模式。本文就慢性心力衰竭的疾病管理模式及近些年的研究进展作一综述。

Chronic heart failure is a common cardiovascular disease , which is associated with high mortality and mor-bidity.The treatment of heart failure is a multifaceted , complex and lengthy process , involving medicationsin combination with non-drug approaches.Currently, a high proportion of hear failure patients do not receive long -term, standardized, and com-prehensive treatment.Extensive national and international efforts have been devoted to the development of management models for chronic heart failure disease , with significant advances made in recent years.This article aims to review these advances.
