老年人维生素D缺乏与认知功能障碍关系的研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 维生素D缺乏与认知功能障碍在老年人中普遍存在,并且随着年龄的增长呈上升趋势。关于维生素D缺乏与认知功能障碍的关系目前尚无定论,国外相关研究较多,大部分研究认为两者存在正相关,还有部分研究认为两者无关系,本文对老年人维生素D缺乏与认知功能障碍关系的研究进展做一综述。目前国外越来越多的研究开始关注维生素D受体基因与认知功能的关系及维生素D在认知功能治疗方面的应用,这也是我们下一步的研究方向。 Vitamin D deficiency and cognitive dysfunction are common in elderly.The risk of both tend to increase with age.However, the relationship between vitamin D deficiency and cognitive dysfunction remains controversial .While a large number of studies worldwide support a relation between the two , some others argue against it.In this article, we intend to review recent advances in areas of vitamin D receptor gene polymorphism and cognitive function.The therapeutic potential of vitamin D in the treatment of cognitive dysfunction is also discussed.
