The Treatment Progress of Ewing Sarcoma

尤文肉瘤(ES)是儿童和青少年常见的恶性骨肿瘤。近年来,随着研究的深入,该病在诊疗和预后方面都有了显著的进展。经过综合治疗,未转移骨ES患者的生存率可以达到70%。然而过去的十年,该病生存率一直都无明显的提高,且远期有继发恶性肿瘤的风险。另外,ES复发率依然高达30%,复发和转移性ES的治疗及预后仍不理想。有许多新治疗方法正在研究,但尚未达到临床治疗标准。本文就ES的治疗、预后因素及评价、远期效应等研究进展进行综述。

Ewing sarcoma （ES） is one of the most common malignant tumors among children and adolescents. In re- cent years, with the deepening of research, the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of ES have achieved obvious progress. After comprehensive therapy, the survival rate of nonmetastatic ES patients can reach 70%. But in the past 10 years, the survival rate of ES had improved little, and the risk of secondary malignant tumors is high in the long run. In addition, the relapse rate of ES is up to 30%. For relapsing ES and metastatic ES, the therapeutic effect and prognosis are still unsatisfactory. Many new treatment methods for ES is still in the process of development, but up to date they can not meet the clinical application standard. This arti- cle reviews the recent research progress for treatment, factors associated to prognosis, prognostic evaluation and late effects of ES.
