摘要 为满足生产要求,按照节省投资和减少对现有生产系统影响原则,对刘家口选煤厂进行了技术改扩建,使其生产能力达到11.00Mt/a,完善了洗煤方法和车间工艺布置,改进了生产工艺流程,完成了主要工艺设备的选型与安装。改扩建后的系统具有块煤系统、末煤系统、末煤重介系统和螺旋系统的单独开启功能,可实现四种生产方式,大大提高了洗煤厂的适应能力。生产实践表明,改扩建后系统不仅能够调整产品结构,减少产品水份,还能降低投资,达到了改扩建的预期目标。 Aiming at the problem that the original coal washing system cant meet the production requirements, based on the principal of investment saving and minimum influence on the original production system, a technical reorganization and expansion was conducted for Liujiakou coal preparation plant, to enlarge the production capacity to 11. OOMt/a. The coal washing method and the workshop process arrangement was optimized, the production process was improved and the main equipment was selected. The improved coal preparation system had four production modes, greatly improving the adaptability of coal preparation. The production practice showed that the improved system could adjust the product structure and reduce product moisture, reduce the investment, the anticipated goal was achieved.
