摘要
煤层注水能有效降低煤炭开采过程中产生的粉尘量,提高煤体吸水性能对降低产尘率具有重要意义。文章通过自行设计制作的注水模拟装置,对不同煤样在不同水压条件下进行压力吸水试验,得到不同煤样的吸水方向性和注水压力参数;分析选取多种表面活性剂进行复配,得到多种表面活性剂配方,通过对活性剂配方的表面张力和与煤饼的接触角测试试验,得到最优表面活性剂配方;通过煤样在表面活性剂配方溶液和纯水中吸水情况的对比,验证所得到的表面活性剂配方能有效提高煤的湿润性能。
Dust from coal mining could be effectively reduced by coal seam water infusion, the improvement for water absorption capacity of coal was crucial to reduce coal dust during mining. Water injection simulator was designed and made, and the experiment was carried out with different coal samples under different water pressures, the directional and pressure parameters of different water absorbent were obtained. A variety of surfaetants were selected for compounding, obtaining formulas of surfactants. Through the surface tension and contact angle tests, the optimal formula of surfactant was selected. With the comparison of the water absorbing situation with surfaetant solution and water, the effectiveness of the proposed surfactant formula was proved.
