摘要 文章介绍了半桥LLC谐振变换器的原理,分析了半桥LLC谐振变换器的直流增益曲线。结合目前煤矿磷酸铁锂电池对高效率充电器的要求,设计了采用UCC25600为控制器芯片的LLC大功率磷酸铁锂电池充电器方案,并采用PSIM进行了仿真。开发了实验样机:LLC电源指标25.2V/1000W,可对6单元串联磷酸铁锂电池组充电。仿真与实验结果表明,LLC煤矿磷酸铁锂电池充电器具有效率高,输出电压稳定的优点。 The paper introduced the principle of the half - bridge LLC resonant converter and analyzed the DC gain curve of the half- bridge LLC resonant converter. In combined with the requirements of the mine phosphoric acid iron battery to the high efficient charger, a charger plan of the LLC large power phosphoric acid iron battery was designed with a UCC25600 as a chip of the controller. A simulation was conducted with a PSIM. An experimental prototype was developed. The LLC power index was 25.2V/1000W and could be applied to the electric charging of a six cell in series iron phosphate lithium battery pack. The simulation and experiment results showed that the charger of the LLC large power phosphoric acid iron battery could have the advantages of the high efficiency and stabilized output voltage.
