褐腐菌在木质纤维素降解中的研究进展 被引量:8

摘要 为了研究褐腐菌在木质纤维素降解中的作用,综述了国内外近5年褐腐菌对木质纤维素的预处理、生物降解、生物质转化、发酵能力等方面的研究进展,发现其在环境价值和生物技术方面的潜能,而有关生物降解或转化方面的研究大部分都是单独的,缺乏系统化。因此,加强褐腐菌对木质纤维素剩余物的降解与利用,能为其今后的生产应用提供理论基础。 In order to study the role of brown rot fungi in lignocellulose degradation, the author summarized brown rot fungi pretreatment of lignocellulose, biodegradation, biomass conversion and fermentative capability for its application in production, and found that its great potential in environmental value and biotechnology. Brown rot fungi, however, in biodegradation and bioconversion researches was single and lack of systematic. Therefore, the degradation of lignocellulose and utilization should be strengthen, which provides the theoretical foundation for its application in the future.
