摘要
从历史视角进行考察,高校人才培养目标经历了从通才教育到专才教育,再到以通识为基础的专门人才教育的线性发展过程。从比较的视角进行分析,地方普通高等院校应将人才培养目标定位为应用型。面对社会需求的"工具人"和学生需要的"全人"之间的两难选择,高校应构建"学习人"的培育理念。通过选取样本分析地方普通高等院校人才培养目标的设置,认为应以知识线性生产过程为依据将应用型人才培养目标细化为技术应用型和工程应用型两种。
The generation of local colleges and universities' talent training goal experiences linear development process from general education, specialty education to liberal-based expertise education. Local colleges and universities should be positioned as application-oriented in a comparative perspective. In order to balance the difference between social demands tool man as well as the needs of students whole man, local colleges and universities should construct a idea of learning people. By selecting samples to analyze local colleges and universities' talent training goal set, the production process should be reset as technical application- oriented type and engiheering application-oriented type.
