摘要
在阐述自有师资可持续性对民办高校发展重要性的基础上,构建了民办高校自有师资可持续性评价指标体系,采用数学模型确定了各指标的权重,并结合民办高校教育教学经验,拟定了评价的执行指标和分值区域,最后选取一所民办高校2012年的数据进行了实证分析。
This paper expatiates on the own teaching security based on the importance of private colleges' development. We construct own teaching resources' sustainability evaluation index system, and use the mathematical model to determine the weight of each index. Combining with private colleges' education teaching experience, we make evaluation execution indicators and score areas. Last but not least, we make an empirical research based on the data of a private college.
