The farmers＇ professional cooperative plays a very important role in the developing of rural economy and increasing of farmers＇ income. The paper summarizes the relevant literature at home and abroad. In order to provide guidelines and some reference for farmer cooperatives＇ future development direction, this paper analyzes and discusses the basic theory of farmers＇ professional cooperative, governance structure, innovative financing, government regulation and standardization development.
