员工拖延行为及其影响因素的相关性分析 被引量:1

摘要 拖延行为是普遍社会现象,在企业组织中,员工拖延行为更具有普遍性。通过对324份大样本调查和统计分析,利用"激励-时间管理倾向-员工拖延"所构造的分析概念模型,详细分析论证员工拖延行为及个体型、工作型、组织型三种拖延行为的相关变量,探索影响员工工作拖延行为的各种因素的相关性,能有针对性地干预员工拖延行为,更好地提高工作效率。
