摘要 针对再生混凝土粗骨料质量优选涉及因素多,难以通过实测数据直接进行多集料之间质量优劣比较的问题,基于灰色关联分析法,提出了利用多项参数对再生混凝土粗骨料质量进行优选的方案。在该方案中,首先依据我国《混凝土用再生粗骨料标准》,选取了表观密度、空隙率、坚固性、压碎指标、微粉含量、泥块含量、吸水率等7项参数作为评价指标;然后,在依靠试验检测出再生混凝土粗骨料各单项指标数值的基础上,采用熵值法确定各指标的客观权重,利用灰色关联分析方法构建了优选模型,通过对灰色关联度的计算,得出了优选结果。最后通过实例分析检验了该优选方案的实用性。 There are many factors involved in optimum selection of recycled concrete coarse aggregates, which make it difficult to perform a direct comparison among multiple measure results. Therefore, a comprehensive selection scheme is proposed for quality optimization based on grey relation analysis method. In the scheme, firstly, 7 parameters are employed as evaluation indices according to recycled coarse aggregate for concrete of China, such as apparent density, porosity, sturdiness, crushing index, micro-mist content, silt content and water absorption. Secondly, individual index' s value of recycled concrete coarse aggregate can be achieved rely on test data. The entropy method is used to calculate the index' s weight. Based these, the quality optimization model is built with gray relational analysis method, and grey relation degrees is determined. Then the quality optimization result of recycled concrete coarse aggregate can be achieved. Finally, an analysis instance is shown in the paper, which verifies the practicability of the proposed scheme.
