无模板法中空锆酸钡微球制备及其形成机理

摘要 采用水热法在无模板条件下以氧氯化锆和硝酸钡为原料合成了中空锆酸钡微球。系统研究了碱浓度、水热时间对锆酸钡粉体微观结构及形貌的影响。对在不同碱浓度不同水热处理时间下获得产物的XRD、SEM、HRTEM分析结果表明,不同碱浓度和水热时间下均获得了钙钛矿结构的锆酸钡;随碱浓度增大,合成的锆酸钡的微观形貌由实心球体向中空微球转变;中空锆酸钡微球的形成是受碱侵蚀和Ostwald熟化机制共同作用引起的。 Barium zirconate hollow microspheres were synthesized by template-free hydrothermal method using zirconium oxychloride and barium nitrate as raw materials. The effects of alkali concentration and hydrothermal time on the microstructure of barium zirconate powder were systematic studied. The products obtained under different alkali concentrations and different hydrothermal times were characterized by XRD, SEM, HRTEM. The analysis results showed perovskite barium zirconate can obtained under different alkali concentrations and different hydrothermal times. As the alkali concentration increasing the morphology of barium zirconate powder experienced the change from solid sphere to hollow microsphere. The formation mechanism of hollow zirconate barium is caused by alkali attack and ostwald ripening.
