摘要
以w(Al2O3)≥60%的莫来石为骨料,α-Al2O3(≤0.043 mm)微粉和w(Al2O3)≥80%的矾土粉为粉料,采用硅溶胶作结合剂,研制了一种新型高炉维修用压入料,与传统采用树脂或焦油等有机结合,以及采用水玻璃结合的压入料相比,溶胶结合压入料具有较小的线变化率、较高的中温及高温强度、较低的导热系数、良好的抗热震稳定性和抗CO侵蚀性,同时基本实现了对环境无污染。该材料能对高炉在服役中在炉衬及热风管道内形成贯通性裂纹进行有效的填充,从而阻止气流从裂缝侵入,在炉壳和衬体之间流动。,
The new type injection mix for blast furnace maintenance was prepared using mullite as aggregate w(Al2O3) ≥60% , with α-Al2O3 micropowder(grain size ≤0. 043 mm) and bauxite power w (Al2O3) ≥80% as the fines, silica-sol (plus) for the binding agent respectively. Compared with the traditional use of resin, tar and other organic combination, and the use of water glass, sol bonded injection mix has a smaller permanent linear change, high mid-temperature and high-temperature strength, low thermal conductivity, good thermal shock resistance and corrosion resistance to CO, meanwhile, has no pollution to the environment basically. So the material could effectively fill the penetrating crack which formed in service time in the lining and hot air pipeline of blast furnace, which prevents the gas invading into the crack, and flowing between the furnace shell and lining.
