摘要 BSCE新工厂原建筑的暖通空调设备多数没有自控系统,依靠人工开关,空调系统冷热量不能自动调节,致使生产车间和办公室环境舒适性差,浪费能源。通过分析暖通空调系统能耗状况,提出了自控和节能改造方案,并跟踪实施。改造后工厂实际耗能数据与上一年度同期相比,可实现节电51.35万kW·h,天然气耗量减少1.41万m3,万元产值能耗下降14.6%,CO2排放减少539t。 As the original air conditioning system of BSCE new factory has limit automation control device, it is mainly controlled manually and the cooling/heating output of the air conditioning system cannot be regulated, which causes uncomfortable indoor environment and energy waste. By analysing the energy consumption of the HVAC system, puts forward the automation control and energy saving reformation scheme and puts it into effect. After the reformation, the energy consumption is continually monitored and evaluated. The result shows that the total energy saving is 513.5 MWh of electricity power and 14 100 m3 of natural gas, the energy consumption per 10 000 Yuan production decreases 14.6% and the COz emission reduces 539 tons per year.
