摘要
光明新区公共服务平台总高度58.6m,是深圳市光明新区的标志性建筑。工程结构体系为斜撑与桁架组合转换的框架-剪力墙混合结构,转换跨度达42.5m;转换层以上有逐层外挑,最大挑出长度为12.6m,采用斜柱支承;1层为复杂曲面,标准层中部楼板存在一定面积的大开洞。为充分满足建筑功能的要求,通过不同结构方案的比选,探讨了上述结构体系的实现方法,论述了实现该特殊形式结构体系的一系列关键技术,如传力体系分析、结构等效阻尼比的计算、性能目标的实现、转换构件分析、温度应力分析等,从而在满足规范规定的前提下,使结构具有合理有效的布置和良好的抗震性能。
Guangming New District public service platform with a height of 58.6m is regarded as the symbol architecture of the Shenzhen Guangming New District. The structural system is hybrid inclined support and truss combined transfer frame- shear wall structural system with a transfer span of about 42.5m. Above transfer floor, there are cantilevers on each floor which are supported by inclined columns. The cantilevers are increased by floors and the cantilever on the top has the largest span of 12. 6m. The shape of the first floor is a complex surface and the standard floors have several large openings in the middle. In order to fully satisfy architectural functions, different structure schemes were compared to discuss the fulfillment methods of above structural systems. A series of key techniques to realize the special structural system were discussed such as force transfer system analysis, equivalent damping ratio calculation, performance objectives realization, transfer members analysis and temperature stress analysis. Thus the structure has optimum structural arrangement and favorable seismic performance by the premise of meeting standard requirements.
