摘要 目的探讨有氧运动对高脂膳食金黄地鼠糖脂代谢及过氧化物酶增殖体受体(PPARs)的影响。方法将健康雄性清洁级金黄地鼠20只随机分为对照组和运动组,每组10只。2组金黄地鼠均给予质量分数10%高脂膳食。运动组金黄地鼠做跑台运动10周,对照组未做跑台运动。10周后检测金黄地鼠生物化学指标及肝脏组织中PPARs的基因表达。结果有氧运动10周后,2组金黄地鼠血清三酰甘油、总胆固醇、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);运动组金黄地鼠空腹血糖、胰岛素水平明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05,P<0.01);有氧运动可以金黄地鼠提高肝脏总胆固醇、肝脂酶、脂蛋白脂酶(LPL)水平(P<0.05);2组金黄地鼠血清、肝脏、肌肉及肾周脂肪中游离脂肪酸比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);有氧运动升高金黄地鼠肝脏PPARs不明显(P>0.05)。结论有氧运动对高脂膳食金黄地鼠肝脏PPARs影响不明显,但可以调节糖脂代谢,降低血糖及胰岛素水平,改善胰岛素抵抗。 Objective To study the effect of aerobic exercise on lipid and glucose metabolism and hepatic peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor(PPARs) under a high dietary fat burden in golden hamsters. Methods Twenty healthy male golden hamsters were randomly divided into control group and exercise group, with ten golden hamsters in each group. Animals in both groups were given 10% high fat diet. Exercise group was trained in treadmill for 10 weeks. Control group was not trained in treadmill. After 10 weeks experiment, the level of biochemical parameters in fasting serum and tissues and the expression of hepatic PPARs mRNA were determined. Results After 10 weeks aerobic exercise, there was no statistical differ- ence of serum triglyceride, total cholesterol,low-density lipoprotein cholesterol and high-density lipoprotein cholesterol between the two groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). The fasting plasma glucose and insulin levels in exercise group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P 〈 0.05, P 〈 0.01 ). Aerobic exercise could increase the levels of hepatic total cholesterol, heapticlipase and lipoprotein lipase ( P 〈 0.05 ). There were no statistical differences of free fatty acid in serum, liver, muscle, renal surround- ing fat between the two groups( P 〉 0.05 ). The aerobic exercise did not significantly elevate the expression level of PPARs in hepatic ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusion Aerobic exercise can not statistically effect hepatic PPARs, but can adjust lipid and glucose metabolism, reduce blood glucose and insulin, and improve the insulin resistance.
