血清性激素与非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变的相关性

Correlation between serum sex hormone and nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy

目的研究非动脉炎性前部缺血性视神经病变(NAION)与血清性激素的相关性。方法将NAION患者88例(男48例,女40例)作为研究对象(NAION组),选择同期的68例(男36例,女32例)健康体检者作为对照组。采用放射免疫法测定2组患者血清黄体酮(P)、雌二醇(E2)和睾酮(T)的水平,并将2组患者测定结果进行统计分析。结果 NAION组患者早期血清P水平显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);NAION组男性患者早期血清E2、E2/T水平均显著高于对照组男性(P<0.05);NAION组女性患者早期血清E2、T水平均显著低于对照组女性(P<0.05),而E2/T与对照组女性比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);NAION组患者恢复期血清P、E2及T水平与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论血清性激素比例失衡与NAION的发病有一定相关性。

Objective To study the correlation between serum sex hormone and nonarteritic anterior ischemic optic neuropathy（NAION）. Methods A total of 88 eases （48 male and 40 female） of patients with NAION （NAION group） and another 68 cases （36 male and 32 female） of healthy subjects （control group） were selected. The levels of estradio! （ E2 ）, tes- tosterone（T） and progesterone（P） of the two groups were measured by radioimmunoassay. All the data were analyzed statisti- cally. Results The level of P in NAION group in acute stage was significantly lower than that in control group（P 〈0. 05）. In acute stage,the levels of E2 and E2/T of male patients in NAION group were significantly higher than those of male in control group（ P 〈 0.05）. The levels of E2 and T of female patients in NAION group in acute stage were lower than those of female in control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）, but there was no significant difference between the female patients in NAION group and the female of control group in the E2/T（ P 〉 0.05 ）. Compared with the control group, the levels of P, E2 and T of patients in NAION groups showed no significant difference in recovery stage （ P 〉 0.05 ）. Conclusion The imbalance of serum sex hormone has some correlation with the development of NAION.
