摘要
科研机构经常面临采购单一来源物资的情况,需要科学有效的价格谈判方案来降低采购成本。文中通过对影响价格谈判的关键因素的分析,总结出价格谈判各阶段的重点问题,寻找出价格谈判中的最优解决方案,提高价格谈判的有效性。
Scientific research institutions often face the situation of procuring single-sourced materials,need scientific and effectiveprice negotiation plan to reduce procurement cost. Through analysis of the key factors influencing price negotiation,this papersummarized the critical issues in different stage of price negotiation,and found out the optimal solution in price negotiation toimprove effectiveness of price negotiation.
