施工企业项目管理的最终目标就是在保证工程进度、质量、安全的前提下,以最低的成本获得最大的效益,这是施工企业生存和发展的关键。企业必须从全局考虑,将企业的成本、进度、质量作为一项系统工程来管理。
The ultimate goal of project management of construction enterprise is to achieve maximum benefit with minimum costunder the premise of ensuring project schedule,quality and safety,which is the key to the survival and development ofconstruction enterprise. Enterprise shall take the overall situation into consideration,namely perform the management of theenterprise's cost,schedule and quality as a systematic project.
