Efficacy of hip arthroplasty in the treatment of the elderly with unstable intertrochanteric fractures

股骨转子间是老年人常见的骨折部位,随着社会老龄化的发展,发生股骨转子间骨折的几率呈上升趋势。本文就人工髋关节置换治疗老年不稳定性股骨转子间骨折的适应证、人工髋关节假体的选择、是否运用骨水泥加固等方面进行综述。

Intertrochanteric fracture is common in the elderly with the aging of society development. The probability of occurrence of intertrochanteric fractures appears an upward trend. Indications of hip arthroplasty for the treatment of the elderly with unstable intertrochanteric fracture, selection of artiifcial hip prosthesis, whether or not bone cement reinforcement should be used and so on are reviewed in this article.
