企业"5S"管理不仅可以提高工作质量和效率,而且可使员工养成规范细致的好习惯,为企业进步打下坚实的管理基础。本文结合上海信谊万象药业股份有限公司导入"5S"管理模式的实践,对导入"5S"管理的动因、方法、关键控制作一概述。

Not only does business“5S”management enhance the quality and efifciency of work, but also can make employees form good habits of regulation and carefulness, which can further lay a solid foundation of business management for the development of enterprises. The motivation, method and key control element for the introduce of“5S”management were summarized in this article based on the practice of “5S”management model in our company.
