摘要
研究了复合电铸层纤维-基体的界面结合强度及其对抗拉强度的影响.使用单纤维拔出法测定了不同条件下的硼纤维-镍复合电铸层的纤维-基体界面结合强度,并设计了一种简单可行的试样制备方法.试验结果表明,电流密度和热处理对硼纤维-镍复合电铸层的界面结合强度具有较大的影响;结合强度的提高能够显著提升复合电铸层的抗拉强度,并且随着硼纤维体积分数的增加,提升效果越来越明显.当硼纤维-镍复合电铸层的界面结合强度由12.49MPa上升至30.12MPa时,硼纤维体积分数为30%的复合电铸层抗拉强度由990MPa上升到1 280MPa.
The bond strength of boron fiber-nickel interface and its influence on the tensile strength of the composites were studied. The method of single filament pull-out was employed to test the bond strength of boron fiber-nickel interface at different conditions. It is found that current density and heat treatment has a significant influence on the bond strength, and the tensile strength of boron fiber rein- forced nickel composites is substantially improved with the increase of the bond strength, especially at high fiber volume fraction. The tensile strength of the electroformed composites with 30 % boron fiber increased from 990 MPa to 1 280 MPa when the bond strength improved from 12.49 MPa to 30. 12 MPa.
