提高棉/蚕丝混纺织物同色性的染色工艺

Improvement of union dyeing of cotton /silk blends

采用住友活性染料对棉/蚕丝混纺织物进行同色染色,考察染色工艺参数对同色性的影响。结果表明,住友新型活性染料用于棉/蚕丝混纺织物染色,可达到良好的同色性,并具有良好的耐光、耐汗光和耐氯牢度。优化的染料组合为:浅色系列采用住友黄3R/红2B/蓝BG,中深色系列采用住友黄3R/红2B/藏青BF,艳蓝色推荐蓝2R;优化的染色工艺为:染色温度70℃,元明粉促染,常规用量或稍偏高,纯碱5 g/L固色。

Union dyeing of cotton/silk fabric is carried out with Sumifix reactive dyes, the influences of dyeing parameters on tone-in-tone effects are investigated. The results show that cotton/silk dyeing with Sumifix reactive dyes can obtain good tone- in-tone effects and good color fastness to light, perspiration and light, as well as chlorinated water. The optimum dye combinations are： Sumifix Yellow 3R/Red 2B/Blue BG for light shade, Sumifix Yellow 3R/Red 2B/Navy Blue BF for medium and deep shade, and Sumifix Blue 2R for brilliant blue shade, and the optimum dyeing process is dyeing at 70℃ with sodium sulfate of common dosage or a bit higher, and fixing with sodium carbonate 5 g/L.
