摘要
采用抗酚黄变剂GC-616A对锦纶织物进行整理,考察成品pH值、GC-616A用量、整理温度和时间对织物抗黄变效果的影响。结果表明,采用浸渍工艺或浸轧工艺,GC-616用量分别为4%和50g/L,处理温度80℃,处理时间20min,其抗黄变指数达到4-5级,且具有一定的耐洗性。
Phenolic yellowing resistance finishing of nylon is carried out with anti-yellowing agent GC-616A. The influences of pH value, dosage of GC-616A to anti-yellowing of the fabric are discussed. The results show that the optimum process is dipping or padding at 80 ℃ for 20 min, 4% or 50 g/L of GC-616A. The finished nylon has 4-5 Grade of anti-yellowing and durable to several launderings.
