摘要
改性聚芳噁二唑纤维(POD)因噁二唑环强烈吸收UVA(320~400 nm)和UVB(290~320 nm),受紫外线的辐射影响较大,光照后存在日晒牢度低、强力损失严重的现象,从而严重影响其服用性能。改性POD纤维染色以后,纤维上的分散染料具有一定的防紫外线效果。研究了在自然光条件下,分散染料对染色后改性POD纤维光稳定性的影响。结果表明:分散染料对改性POD纤维的光稳定性作用与分散染料在紫外区的吸收/透射特性有关,双偶氮类分散染料对POD纤维的紫外防护效果比蒽醌和单偶氮类的分散染料好。
Due to the strong absorption to UVA (320-400 nm)and UVB(290-320 nm) of oxadiazole rings in the modified aromatic oxadiazole(POD) fibers, the fibers have poor wearability with low sunlight fastness and serious strength loss after exposure to ultraviolet radiation. After disperse dyeing, the dyes on the modified POD fibers have certain UV protection effect. The influences of different disperse dyes on the light stability of modified POD fibers exposed to sunlight are investigated. The results show that the light stability of POD dyeings is relevant to the UV absorption /transmission characteristics of the disperse dyes, and POD dyeings with diazo dyes have a better UV protection effect than those with anthraquinone and mono azo dyes.
