摘要
针对涤棉双组分珊瑚绒烂花产品的特点,对硫酸用量、焙烘温度、时间以及渗透剂用量等工艺参数进行试验,并通过正交试验优化工艺。结果为:98%硫酸为3.5%,渗透剂0.15%,100℃连续烘干16 min;产品的花型凹凸有致,轮廓清晰,达到了烂花产品的品质要求。
Aiming at the characteristic of burn out coral fleece of polyester/cotton, the dosage of sulfuric acid, curing temperature and time, and dosage of penetrating agent are optimized by orthogonal tests. The optimum printing process are as follows： 3.5% of sulfuric acid（mass concentration 98%）,0.15% of penetrant,drying at 100 ℃ for 16 min. The burn out samples feature vivid flower pattern with good sharpness.
