摘要
从减少中间环节,加强试化验室技术管理,改进工艺技术,采用数字化程序控制染色工艺,加强产品质量控制,及时、准确做好原始记录,重现人才,加强客户管理等七个方面,阐述如何提高印染企业生产技术管理效率。
Improvement of production management in knitting ＆ dyeing mills is expatiated from the aspect of shortening the processing procedure, enhancing laboratorial technical management, improving quality control, human management and processing technology, digital controlling the dyeing process, making and keeping original record, visiting regular customers and collecting customers＇ feedback. Novel shortened and energy-saving processes are introduced, and corresponding improvements are put forward.
