α-松油醇杀菌效果的试验观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的研究α-松油醇的杀菌效果,为实际消毒应用提供依据。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验方法,进行实验室研究。结果以浓度为体积分数98%α-松油醇原液对载体上金黄色葡萄球菌作用15 min杀灭对数值>3.0,对载体上铜绿假单胞菌作用10 min杀灭对数值>3.0,对载体上白色念珠菌作用3 min杀灭对数值>3.0,对载体上大肠杆菌作用1 min达到完全杀灭,且α-松油醇的杀菌效果随着浓度的提高而增加。结论α-松油醇对细菌繁殖体和真菌具有一定杀灭作用,对本试验中不同细菌杀灭效果存在差异。 Objective To study the germicidal efficacy of α- terpilenol so as to offer practical disinfection application evidence. Methods The carrier quantitative germicidal test was used to observe the germicidal efficacy in the laboratory. Results The killing logarithm values of Staphylococcus aureus, Pseudomonas aeruginosa and Candida albicans on carriers exposed to 98% α- terpilenol for 15 min, 10 min and 3 min respectively were all above 3.0. The Escherichia coli on carri- ers exposed to the α- terpilenol for 1.0 min could be completely killed. The germicidal efficacy of α- terpilenol increased with the increasing of its concentration. Conclusion The α- terpilenol has some germicidal efficacy on propagulum and fungus. The α-terpilenol has different germicidal efficacy on different bacterium in this study.
