摘要
目的研究生物指示剂菌片指示菌回收方法,以提高指示菌回收效率。方法采用菌片破碎法,再以常规活菌培养计数方法对指示菌进行培养计数。结果采用菌片破碎法可使进口生物指示剂菌片指示菌平均回收率达83.2%,使国产生物指示剂菌片指示菌平均回收率达70.2%;相比之下,用传统的振荡法指示菌的平均回收率均≤1.0%。结论采用菌片破碎法,生物指示剂菌片指示菌回收效率明显优于传统的振荡法。
Objective To develop a spore extracting method for efficiently improving the spore recovery rate when doing spore enumeration of bio - indicator strips. Methods The BI strips smash method was used to extract spores from the strips before performing spore enumeration. Results With this method, the mean recovery rate was 83.2% for SGM BI strips and 70. 2% for Sihuan BI strips, while it was ≤ 1.0% for SGM BI strips by vortex method. Conclusion The estab- lished strip smash method is much more efficient than the conventional vortex method.
