CFD技术在柴油机催化转化器设计开发中的应用

摘要 利用FIRE软件对某催化转化器进行CFD分析,计算出其载体入口废气流动均匀性系数。针对造成流动均匀性差的部化进行优化满足其均匀性评价标准.分析结果表明:在多孔介质模型中添加压力降曲线町以准确地模拟催化转化器的内部流动;利用CFD软什对催化转化器进干亍数值分析是催化转化器进行优化设计的重要手段。 Use FIRE software to do CFD analysis for some catalytic converter, calculate the uniformity coefficienl of exhaust gas flow in the entrance of its carrier.Optimize the position which caused poor flow uniformity until meet the evaluation standard.The analysis consequence shows: add pressur~~ curve in porous mediunl model can accurately simulate internal flow of catalytic' converter, use CFD software to do numerical analysis for catalytic converter is significant mean of optimization design for catalytic converter.
