摘要
目前对客车骨架结构优劣的评价还没有一个明确的指标,作者在多年研究的基础上,提出以整车应变能最小作为量化指标的评价标准,用此数对三种不同拓扑结构的客车骨架进行了分析,揭示了应变能与结构刚度强度的关系。实践证明所提出的评价方法是有效的。
Currently there is no clear indicator for the evaluation of advantage and disadvantage of bus frame structure,on the basis of multi-year research,put forward a evaluation standard by taking vehicle minimum strain energy as quantitative indicators,analyse three kinds of different topology structure of bus frame by this standard,reveal the relationship between strain energy and structural stiffness strength.Practice shows the evaluation method is effective and feasible.
