摘要
将LaBr3(Ce)探测器、主放电路、多道脉冲幅度分析器及蓝牙模块集成在一起,构成数字化探头。数字化探头中的FPGA芯片实现了多道脉冲幅度分析功能,包括数字脉冲成形、阈值去噪、堆积判弃、基线估计及幅度提取等。通过蓝牙无线技术,数字化探头将数据传输给Android智能手机处理,设计并实现了便携式多道γ能谱仪。
This paper provides the method of integrating the LaBrs (Ce) detector,main amplify circuit, multi-channel analyzer and Bluetooth module. All modules of multi-channel pulse height analysis including digital pulse shaping, threshold denoising, pileup rejection, baseline estimation and height extraction are integrated in a FPGA chip. The portable multi-channel γ-spectrometry is designed, in which the digital probe transfers data to Android smart phone by Bluetooth wireless technology,and the application software processes γ spectra data based on Android operating system.
