摘要 以高效液相色谱法同时测定四方藤中岩白菜素和白藜芦醇的质量分数,色谱柱为SinoChrom ODSBP C18(5 μm,4.6 mm×200 mm),流动相为乙腈-水,流速为1.0 mL· min-1,在波长为318 nm下进行梯度洗脱.结果表明,岩白菜素和白藜芦醇对照品分别在0.380 95~1.944 76 μg(R2=0.999)、0.019 867~0.099 33 μg(R2 =0.999 5)呈良好的线性关系,平均加样回收率分别为97.71%、97.53%;RSD分别为1.08%(n=6)、0.88%(n=6).该方法操作简单、重现性好、结果准确,能在318 nm处对四方藤中岩白菜素和白藜芦醇的质量分数同时进行定量分析. To develop a quantitative method for determining bergenin and resveratrol simultaneously in Cissus pteroclada Hayata by HPLC, the determination is performed in gradient separations with a column SinoChrom ODS-BP C18(5μm, 4. 6 mm× 200 mm) and solvent system consisting of water- acetonitrile. The flow rate is 1.0 mL· min-1 and the wavelength at 318 nm. The standard of curves of bergenin and resveratrol showed a good linearity. For bergenin(R2 =0. 999 0) in the range of 0. 380 954 1. 904 76μg,the average recovery was 97.71% (RSD= 1.08%). For resveratrol(R2 =0. 999 5) in the range of 0.019 867~0.099 33μg,the average recovery was 97.53%(RSD=0.88%). The method is simple, reproducible and accurate,which can be simultaneously used for quantitative analysis of bergenin and resveratrol in Cissus Pterolada Hayata at 318 nm.
