摘要
用溶剂热法,以1,4-环己烷二羧酸为配体合成一个新的配合物[(C8H16CoO7)·2.5(H2O)]n.Ⅹ-射线单晶衍射分析表明,晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/c,晶胞参数a=0.981 0(2) nm,b=1.674 5(3) nm,c=0.808 20(16) nm,β=93.64(3)°,V=1.324 9(4) nm3,Z=2.在配合物中,中心离子Co(Ⅱ)与6个氧原子形成六配位,其中2个氧原子分别来自2个羧酸,另外4个氧原子来自配位水(Co-O键长范围0.201 7(5)~0.224 1(4) nm,O-Co-O键角范围86.16(17)°~178.94(19)°),中心Co(Ⅱ)与6个配位氧原子形成畸变八面体配位构型,羧酸配体上两边的氧原子分别与Co(Ⅱ)形成单齿配位.金属钴之间通过羧酸桥连形成一维链,链与链之间通过水分子桥连形成二维结构,层与层之间通过氢键连接形成三维超分子结构.
A new complex [-(C8 H16COO7 )·2.5 (H20)], was synthesized with the solvothermal reaction using the ligand 1,4-cyclohexanedicarboxylic. The results of single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis show that the title complex crystallizes in the triclinic space group P21/c with a=0. 981 0(2) nm,b: 1.674 5(3) nm,c=0.808 20(16) nm,β=93.64(3)°,V:l.3249(4) nm3,Z:2. In the title complex,the central ion Co(Ⅱ ) coordinate with six oxygen atom, consists of two carboxylate oxygen donors(two bridging) and four hydroxido O donors(two bridging two Co( Ⅱ ) centres) [-Co--O range 0. 201 7(5)~ 0. 224 l(4)nm,O--Co--O rang 86.16(17)°~178.94(19)° ],so Co( Ⅱ) and the six oxygen atom form aberrant-octahedron. The Coil ion is coordinated by two oxygen atoms from distinct two carboxylic acid ligands with mono-coordination mode. The adjacent cobalt ions are bridged by carboxyl group into 1D chains. And these chains are connected by lattice water molecules into 2D structure, which can be further built into a 3D framework through intermolecular hydrogen bonds.
