摘要
分析了我国水库移民补偿中存在的问题,建议在现有的水电站和水库后期扶持基金的基础上,建立水库移民补偿基金,并探讨了水库移民补偿基金的筹集途径、用途和管理办法.
Some problems were analyzed on reservoir immigrant relocation compensation in China. Combined with the basic situa-tion of our country, the fund raise way of reservoir resettlement compensation fund was studied.The purpose and management of reservoir resettlement compensation fund was introduced.
