摘要
本文从体制机制建设、制度建设、载体建设与管理能力建设等方面入手,全面总结了南昌市节水型社会建设试点以来的主要做法;提炼出基本经验,并对试点工作中暴露出的问题进行了反思,提出下一步工作安排.
The main practices of water-saving society construction in Nanchang city is summarized from four aspects： mechanism construction, system construction, carrier construction and management capacity construction. The basic experience is summarized and the exposed problems in the pilot project are reflected, and then the future work is put forward.
