摘要
目的优化板蓝根粗多糖脱色的工艺。方法以脱色率和多糖保留率为指标,考察阳离子交换树脂应用于板蓝根粗多糖脱色的最佳工艺条件。结果采用D152型阳离子交换树脂能有效纯化板蓝根粗多糖,脱色率达60.7%,多糖保留率95.2%。结论 D152型阳离子交换树脂适用于板蓝根粗多糖的脱色工艺,可最大程度地保留多糖,且工艺操作简单、安全,可用于其工业化生产。
Objective To optimize decolorization conditions of polysaccharides from Isatis indigotica. Methods The ion-exchange resin was employed to remove pigments in the polysaecharides, using polysaccharides retention and decolorization rate as main indexes. Results Pigments could be effectively removed by D152 cation exchange resin,and the polysaecharides retention,decolorization rate were 95.2% and 60.7%.Conclusion D152 cation exchange resin was suitable for the decolorization from polysaccharides in lsatis indigotica, which would lay the foundation of its industrial production.
