摘要
目的 测定不同产地的牡丹皮药材中丹皮酚、芍药苷、总多糖和总黄酮的质量分数.方法 采用HPLC法测定丹皮酚、芍药苷,采用硫酸-苯酚比色法测定总多糖,采用Al(NO3)3显色法测定总黄酮.结果 芍药苷在0.164~ 2.05 μg范围内,峰面积与质量呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 8),精密度及平均回收率良好;丹皮酚在0.248~ 2.48μg范围内,峰面积与质量呈良好线性关系(r=0.999 2),精密度及平均回收率良好;总黄酮、总多糖测定精密度及回收率亦符合要求.测定了6个产地的牡丹皮药材中4种成分的质量分数.结论 不同产地的牡丹皮4种成分质量分数差异较大,试验结果有助于评价牡丹皮质量.
Objective To determinate 4 ingredients in Moutan Cortex from different origins, including paeonol, paeoniflorin,total polysaccharides and total flavonoids.Methods The contents of paeonol and paeoniflorin were determined by HPLC, and the total polysaccharides were determined by sulfuric acid-phenol colorimetric method, and total flavonoids were determined by A1 (NO3 )3 color method. Results The linear range of paeoniflorin was 0.164-2.05 μg( r= 0.999 8).The linear range of paeonol was 0.248-2.48 μg( r = 0.999 2), and the precision and recovery ratio were good. The determinations of total flavonoids and polysaccharides also showed good results.Conclusion The contents of 4 ingredients varied greatly,which is helpful for evaluating the quality of Moutan Cortex.
