小驳骨HPLC指纹图谱的初步研究

Preliminary study on the HPLC fingerprint of Gendarussae Herba

目的初步建立小驳骨高效液相色谱指纹图谱分析方法,为小驳骨药材质量评价奠定基础。方法色谱柱:Waters Symmetry C18(5μm,4.6 mm×250 mm);流动相:甲醇-0.3%(体积分数)冰醋酸溶液,梯度洗脱;检测波长:245 nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0 mL/min。结果建立了小驳骨指纹图谱共有模式,确定了11个指纹图谱共有峰。结论本方法准确可靠、重复性好,可为小驳骨药材质量控制提供参考。

Objective To set up the HPLC fingerprint of Gendarussae Herba for the control of the intrinsic quality of Gendarussae Herba. Methods The Chromatographic column was Waters Symmetry Cls（ 5 μm,4. 6 mm×250 ram） at the temperature of 35 ℃.The mobile phase was methanol （A）-0. 3% glacial acetic acid solution （B） （gradient elution） at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min,and the wavelength was at 245 nm.Results The common pattern of the fingerprint of Gendarussae Herba was set up with 11 common peaks.Conclusion This method was accurate, reliable and reproducible, which may provide references for the quality control of Gendarussae Herba.
