摘要 PAMAM是目前研究较为广泛的树状大分子之一,其本身无免疫原性、遗传毒性,作为基因载体转染效率高、毒性小、适用性广,因而在基因治疗方面有很好的应用前景。对PAMAM表面基团进行修饰,可减少表面正电荷数目,降低其细胞毒性,提高转染效率。本文主要介绍近几年PAMAM表面修饰的研究进展。 PAMAM is one of more widely studied dendrimer along with non-immunogenicity and non- genotoxicity.PAMAM as gene vector has the high transfection efficiency, the low toxicity and wide applicability, which exhibits a good application prospect in gene therapy.With surface groups modification, the positive charge on the surface of PAMAM can be reduced, which improves the gene transfection efficiency and decreases the cytotoxicity.The present paper will review recent advancement on the structure modification of PAMAM.
