射频消融术后抗重构治疗预防心房颤动复发的疗效 被引量：5

摘要 导管射频消融治疗心房颤动(简称房颤)其术后复发率较高,研究表明此与术后心房电和结构重构有关。术后应用抗心律失常药物治疗影响电重构能降低早期房颤的复发率;但对远期复发率似乎无影响;术后应用非抗心律失常药影响心房结构重构,有研究表明能提高窦性心律的维持率,但另一些研究则不支持。近期有研究提示秋水仙碱能降低早期房颤的复发率。有关射频消融术后抗重构治疗预防房颤复发的早期疗效较肯定,但远期疗效有待进一步证实。
