胸腔镜下Wolf Mini-Maze治疗房颤10例临床经验 被引量:3

摘要 目的回顾性总结胸腔镜辅助及全胸腔镜下微创射频消融治疗心房颤动(房颤)的临床经验。方法对本院10例持续性房颤患者进行wolf Mini-Maze射频消融,其中8例行胸腔镜辅助下微创射频消融,2例行全胸腔镜下射频消融。结果全组患者手术顺利,术中房颤全部转复,出院前维持窦性心律6例,末次随访时窦性心律8例(80%)。结论胸腔镜辅助或全胸腔镜下Wolf Mini-Maze法房颤射频消融术是一项安全性高、创伤小的手术技术,术后中期随访疗效满意,值得临床推广应用。
